I went through the doc again and found the following items for
clarification or addition.

p5:  Non-Accountability to externals: unclear
p6:  WG Chairs have two roles/functions: individually and collectively
p8:  RIPE is not even the forum to discuss each and all problems,
     despite solving them
p10: Question for clarification

I felt unsure how to properly sneak this into the Google doc - so please
find it attached.
