110th RIPE NCC Executive Board Meeting

The Executive Board publishes the minutes of its meetings so that the workings of the Board and the decisions it makes are transparent for the membership that it represents.

The following is a summary of the main items from the meeting. Further details are available in the minutes:

• The Board approved the publication of the RIPE NCC Annual Report 2016 and the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2016.
• The Board approved the Draft RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2018 with identical fees to 2017 and tasked the RIPE NCC Management to prepare this document for the RIPE NCC General Meeting in May 2017.
• The Board asked the RIPE NCC to update any procedures so that all cases of fraud are reported to the relevant authorities.
• The Board expressed its support for the SEED Alliance but decided that the RIPE NCC should not become a member at this time.
• The Chairman of the Board reported on the development and incorporation of the Rob Blokzijl Foundation.
