I. Welcome/Intro

There were no changes to the agenda.

II. Administrative/Technical Overview of RIPE 71

Issues were noted and discussed relating to the difficult shape of the main room, the projectors not displaying certain colours properly, praise for the NAT64 networks, praise for the presentation system with videos being available immediately, good layout of the overall meeting space, making it clearer that non-RIPE NCC members can vote in PC elections, making it clearer when the meeting plan is in a draft vs final stage ahead of a RIPE Meeting.

III. RIPE Meeting Code of Conduct Review

The group discussed the code of conduct and agreed to do more to highlight this, including linking to this from the meeting registration page.

IV. Consider a RIPE Mailing List Code of Conduct

The group agreed that the spirit of the RIPE Meeting code of conduct applies to the RIPE WG Mailing Lists.

V. RIPE Web Forum (Web Forum/Mailman Merge Project)

The group discussed the RIPE NCC's work to develop a web forum that works alongside the existing mailing lists.

VI. RIPE 72 Meeting Plan

The group discussed the meeting plan for RIPE 72 and agreed to use the RIPE 71 session layout as the draft meeting plan for RIPE 72.

- It was noted that the Friday NRO/RIR Reports session will change for RIPE 72.

- Clarity was provided about what postings are allowed to the RIPE Mailing List.
