Airport Taxis are available outside the arrivals area at the airport, but you'll need to negotiate your fare with the driver. The trip to Hamra, Downtown, Achrafiye or Gemmayzeh should cost around USD 25 (LBP 40,000).
Taxi drivers don't use meters, so you'll need to agree a fare in advance. Within Beirut, taxis charge anywhere from LBP 10,000 to LBP 20,000, depending on your destination.
