You need to go to your General Meeting page to register for the General Meeting. Once you log in, you can select both your attendance and voting options from the same page.

Registration Steps

  1. Log into
  2. Click the General Meeting link
  3. Select the membership organisation(s) that you will represent. This is the organisation that will be published on the attendee list
  4. Confirm registration

2 Sep - Open registration for General Meeting
2 Sep - Open voting registration
30 Sep - Publish all GM documents, including Draft Activity Plan and Budget 2021
14 Oct - Deadline for proxy vote nominations
14 Oct - Deadline for members to propose resolutions
14 Oct - Deadline to publish final GM agenda
28 Oct - Close registration for electronic voting
28 Oct - GM begins with main meeting
30 Oct - GM closes with announcement of voting results
