Attending the GM

Full remote participation, including electronic voting and participation in discussion via the online chat facility, is available for all RIPE NCC members who register to attend the GM. 

An email containing instructions on how to follow the GM webcast and participate in the online chat facility will be sent to each member who has registered to attend the GM shortly before the meeting.

Electronic Voting

To register for electronic voting, you need to access your General Meeting page. You can then select the organisation(s) you will represent. You will receive an email with a link to the voting pages on the day of the GM.

Proxy Voting

To nominate a proxy voter, simply fill out the proxy form and send it to the RIPE NCC by:

Emailing a scanned copy to agm _at_ ripe _dot_ net or

Faxing it to +31 20 535 4445

Both the voting member and the nominated proxy will need to sign the form. The deadline for submitting proxy forms is 14 October 2020.
