3. Reports from the RIPE NCC
The RIPE NCC reporting for the General Meeting will be presented in the RIPE NCC Services Working Group at RIPE 59. This takes place on 7 October 2009 from 16:00-17:30. General Meeting attendees that have not registered for the RIPE Meeting are welcome to participate in the RIPE NCC Services Working Group session. The RIPE NCC reports will not be repeated in the General Meeting.

5. Draft RIPE NCC Activity Plan 2010
The RIPE NCC Executive Board welcomes any input about the Draft RIPE NCC Activity Plan 2010 prior to and during the General Meeting October 2009.
6. Draft RIPE NCC Budget 2010
The RIPE NCC Executive Board welcomes any input about the Draft RIPE NCC Budget 2010 prior to and during the General Meeting October 2009.
7. RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2010
The RIPE NCC Executive Board acknowledges that there are different opinions on the implications of charging for Independent Internet Number Resources. Therefore in the event that the first proposed Charging Scheme (Version A) is not adopted, the RIPE NCC Executive Board provides for an alternative Charging Scheme (Version B) based on the current Charging Scheme 2009. This Charging Scheme (Version B) increases the Service fees such that the total revenue equates the total revenue of the proposed Charging Scheme (Version A).
"The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2010 - Version A."

If the proposed RIPE NCC Charging Scheme is not adopted the RIPE NCC Executive Board puts forward the following resolution:
“The General Meeting adopts the RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2010 - Version B.”

If neither resolution is adopted, the existing RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2009 will continue to apply. The billing scores and billing categories will be based on data of 30 September 2009.
8. RIPE NCC Articles of Association
"The General Meeting in accordance with Article 21 of the Articles of Association adopts the amendments to the Articles of Association as proposed and announced by the Executive Board on 9 September 2009."
"Furthermore, the General Meeting instructs and authorises the Executive Board to perform or to have performed all that is required to have the amendments executed before a Dutch civil law notary, including but not limited to the translation into Dutch by certified translator and final amendment at the request of the notary or RIPE NCC's lawyer of the exact wording of the amendments in Dutch, and the amendment of any cross-references to the Articles of Association in other documents to bring these in conformity with the Articles of Association as adopted in this General Meeting."
