Executive Board nominees become candidates after receiving five nominations of support and are then posted on the confirmed candidates page. A nomination for the appointment of a member of the Executive Board requires the written support of at least five members.

Further, nominees are required to submit a certified copy of his/her official identification document. They must also submit a signed statement declaring adherence to the Code of Conduct for candidates for the Executive Board and that he/she has never committed any fraud or other financial misconduct in any jurisdiction.

You must be a RIPE NCC member and a registered LIR contact to support a nomination.

The nomination period closes on Wednesday, 27 April 2022 following the guidelines outlined in article 9 of the RIPE NCC Articles of Association.

10 March – Registration open for General Meeting
10 March – Open call for Executive Board Candidate nominations
20 April – All supporting documents for the GM published 
27 April – Close nominations for EB Elections
2 May – Publish all Executive Board Candidate biographies
4 May – Deadline for proxy vote nominations
4 May – Deadline for members to propose resolutions
4 May – Deadline to publish final GM agenda
11 May – RIPE NCC Open House: Meet the Executive Board Candidates
18 May - Close registration for voting at 14:30 (UTC+2)
18 May - GM begins at 16:30 (UTC+2)
20 May - GM closes with announcement of voting results at 10:30 (UTC+2)
