Dear RIPE NCC members,

On behalf of our Executive Board, I invite you to register for the RIPE NCC General Meeting (GM) May 2022.

You can register to participate and vote at:

The GM will take place from 18-20 May at the InterContinental Hotel in Berlin adjacent to the RIPE 84 meeting. For those who would like to participate remotely, you can follow the GM via livestream, participate via chat and vote on resolutions electronically.

The GM provides members with an opportunity to discuss the operations and activities of the RIPE NCC, with reports from the RIPE NCC Executive Board and Management. At the upcoming GM, members can also vote on:

- The Executive Board Election to fill two seats

- Adoption of the RIPE NCC Financial Report 2021

- Discharge of the RIPE NCC Executive Board

- The RIPE NCC Charging Scheme 2023

All supporting documents will be posted and announced to the membership by 20 April 2022.

Registration for electronic voting will remain open until 14:30 (UTC+2) on the day of the GM, 18 May 2022.

Information on how to participate, including the proxy voting form, is available at:
