To attend the GM, you need to access the GM Preferences page on the LIR Portal and select the option to attend in person. You can then collect your meeting materials and voting ballots at the GM Registration Desk at the Okura Hotel Amsterdam on 13 May.
To register for electronic voting, you need to access the GM Preferences page on the LIR Portal. After choosing to either attend in person or via remote participation, you can select the organisation(s) you will represent and choose either paper voting or electronic voting. You will then receive an email with a link to the voting pages on the day of the GM.
To nominate a proxy voter, simply fill out the proxy form and send it to the RIPE NCC by:
Both the voting member and the nominated proxy will need to sign the form. The deadline for submitting proxy forms is 29 April 2015.
Before the GM, all RIPE NCC members will be sent an email with instructions on how to follow the GM webcast and participate in the online chat facility.
