NRO NC

Motivation for nomination:
Nurani has done a great job during her term at the NRO NC so far, when Council reviewed post IANA Transition implications and corresponding changes in ICANN Bylaws. There is still some significant work that needs to be completed at the Council, such as implementation of ASO AC Independent Review. Having Nurani on board for another term will help tremendously in this and I believe she will do great in representing RIPE Community at the Council.
