By submitting this form, you understand and confirm the following in relation to the organisation of the Local Hub during RIPE meetings : (1) The RIPE NCC will publish the city, country, Local Hub hosting institution/individual (“Coordinator”) and announcement or registration page of the Local Hub on the RIPE meeting website. (2) The RIPE NCC’s liability for any direct or indirect damages, including damages to the Coordinator’s business, loss of profit, damages to third parties, personal injury or damages to property, are excluded, except in cases involving wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the RIPE NCC or its management. (3) The Local Hub Coordinator shall indemnify the RIPE NCC against any and all third-party claims filed against the RIPE NCC concerning the Coordinator’s conduct for the organisation of the Local Hub. (4) The RIPE NCC reserves the right to remove information about the Local Hub from our website if the Coordinator acts in a way that is damaging to the image or reputation of the RIPE NCC. (5) The Coordinator shall comply with all applicable laws and shall obtain all necessary permits or licenses required for the opening or operation of the Local Hub. (6) The Coordinator should respect and act in accordance with the RIPE Code of Conduct. (7) The Coordinator should ensure that all the attendees at the Local Hub are registered for the RIPE Meeting via the official RIPE Meeting website.
