If you can't attend the General Meeting online or onsite and would like someone else to attend and vote on behalf of your member organisation, you can nominate a proxy.

1. Download and complete the below proxy voting form 
2. Send it to the General Meeting team at [email protected]
3. You will receive confirmation that the proxy vote has been allocated
   
   Proxy voting forms must be received by Wednesday, 16 October 2024
