% LISP EID Assignment Request Form
% You can use this form to request a temporary LISP EID assignment.

% Submit the completed form as plain text to <lisp-request _at_ ripe _dot_ net>.

% By submitting this Request Form you confirm that the data you filled in
% is accurate, true and complete and you understand and agree that:
%
% - The assignment you request is a temporary assignment for experimental
% use in accordance with RFC 7955: LISP EID Block Management;
% - If your request is approved, you may only use this assignment in
% accordance with RFC 7955: LISP EID Block Management;
% - If your request is approved, your assignment will expire after 12
% months from the day of its registration. During this period you may
% request to renew this registration by submitting the
% LISP EID Request Form by email to <lisp-request _at_ ripe _dot_ net>;
% - All assignments will be automatically removed after 31 August 2019
% unless the IETF community decides to grant a permanent LISP EID address
% block. In the latter case, the assignment will be automatically removed
% after August 2022, in accordance with RFC 7955: LISP EID Block Management;
% - Your request will be published on the lisp-announce public mailing list.
