When sending messages to the hostmaster _at_ ripe _dot_ net mailbox, you must specify your Registry ID (RegID) in the Subject line or in "X-NCC-RegID:" line of every email, otherwise the robot will bounce them.
You also need to include the correct ticket number for ongoing requests. If you don't do this, the system will create a new ticket that will be treated as a new request. Please avoid creating these duplicate tickets.
Requests can only be sent by one of the contact persons that you have specified in the LIR Portal.
After the request passes through the checking robot successfully, it will be handled by an IP Resource Analyst (IPRA).

The RIPE NCC provides registration services to LIRs only and not to End Users. End Users must submit requests through a sponsoring LIR. Here is a list of all LIRs.
