Administrative Assistant with Secretarial Duties

In a full-time role (37.5 hours per week)

As a member of our Reception Team, you will work closely with three other colleagues. The culture within the team is open, transparent and helpful. You get a lot of freedom from your manager to fulfil your job.

This position provides the opportunity to work in different shifts (08:30-16:30 or 09:30-17:30). The role opens with a seven-month contract, with the possibility to extend up to a maximum of two years.

Duties for our Reception and Administration Department

  • Answer phone calls
  • Provide general administrative support
    • Process deliveries
    • Order office supplies
    • Welcome visitors and couriers
    • Scan incoming mail and file contracts
    • Prepare outgoing mail
    • Arrange transportation
  • Arrange business travel
  • Support the other administrative assistants
  • Offer general support within the company 


  • You have excellent organisational and multitasking skills
  • You are a proven team player
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken)
  • You are a strong communicator with a service-minded attitude
  • You have at least one year of relevant working experience, preferably in an international environment


The annual full-time salary for this position is between EUR 30,200 and EUR 43,500 (before tax). This includes the standard 8% annual "holiday pay" and a 5% end-of-year bonus.

While this role has maximum lifespan of two years, there could be a possibility to grow within the organisation and we encourage our staff to take advantage of any opportunities that arise.
