  • Initially focus on internal reporting, with the possible external reporting in the future;

  • Drive process optimisation through simplification, standardisation and automation;

  • Work with different stakeholders across multiple departments (high visibility and impact within the organisation).

Ideal profile:

  • Around 5+ years experience in financial administration and reporting;

  • Solid understanding of accounting, monthly closing and other functional finance areas;

  • Business acumen;

  • A self-starter with a taste for driving change and improvement;

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration;

  • Strong analytical skills;

  • Attention to detail.

What can we offer you?

  • A modern, flexible and informal work environment with a true commitment to a healthy work/life balance;

  • A beautiful office right at the heart of Amsterdam, with lots of space and an incredible view;

  • A strong compensation package.Excellent secondary benefits, including a non-contributory pension scheme, health insurance coverage for you and your family, annual technology budget for your internet connectivity and an annual budget for health and transportation.

  • 30 vacation days plus 3 collective days;
