Amanda Gowland

Expertise: Diversity and inclusion, RIPE community, RIPE Fellowship, change communications, employee engagement, company culture 

Amanda is a Sr. Communications Officer and Change Officer at the RIPE NCC. In these roles, she is responsible for developing initiatives and programmes that increase diversity and inclusion at the RIPE NCC and in the RIPE community (RIPE Fellowship, Women in Tech session, RIPE Meeting Mentoring ). She has written about diversity and inclusivity extensively on RIPE Labs.

Internally, she works to increase engagement and collaboration at the RIPE NCC, leading the communication strategy behind the company's culture change programme. She is also responsible for the change communications as the company transitions into a self-organised structure.
