RIPE NCC::Educa - ROUTING SECURITY
The next RIPE NCC::Educa event focusing on Routing Security will take
place on 10 April 2018. RIPE NCC::Educa are free, day-long online events
focused on specific areas of interest to the Internet community.

RIPE NCC GENERAL MEETING (GM)
Registration is open to all members for the GM, taking place from 16 May
2018. At the GM, there will be updates from RIPE NCC Management and the
Executive Board, and members will vote on next year's RIPE NCC Charging
Scheme and other important resolutions. There will also be an Executive
Board election. All details including registration links are available

RIPE NCC EXECUTIVE BOARD ELECTION
At the GM, there will be an election to fill two seats on the Executive
Board. There are currently three nominees and two confirmed candidates.

VOLUNTEERS FOR RIPE NCC ARBITERS PANEL
The Executive Board is seeking volunteers to join the RIPE NCC Arbiters

BGP LOOKING GLASS 2.0
With one RIPE NCC Route Collector (RRC) left in the old Looking Glass
(version 0.3), the new version (2.0) is about to become the new default
on RIPEstat. Make sure you are ready for the transition. See the data

HISTORICAL WHOIS
This newly-developed RIPEstat widget allows you to look into the past of
RIPE Database objects. Conveniently, it comes with a feature to compare
versions and visually identify historical changes:

VISIBILITY OF NON-ORIGINATING ASNs
The RIPEstat AS Overview widget has been extended to not only show
whether an ASN originates prefixes but also if it has been visible for
other routes in RIS:

RIPE ATLAS DAILY ARCHIVES
RIPE Atlas daily archives for public measurements are now a permanent

RIPE NETWORKING APP 2.0
We received a lot of great feedback at RIPE 75, and we used that to make
some improvements to the RIPE Networking app. We now have a better
offline mode, an easier way of searching for participants, and we’ve
improved the ability to filter on profile tags. If you attended RIPE 75,
we’ve also imported your profile information and events history. You can

SEE 7 CFP DEADLINE APPROACHING
SEE 7 takes place in Timisoara, Romania from 18-19 June. The deadline to
submit a presentation is tomorrow, 16 March. All the meeting details,

IPv6 ADDRESSING PLAN FOR IoT NETWORKS
ITU Study Group 20, dealing with the Internet of Things, have accepted
the offer of the RIPE IPv6 Working Group to review a draft
recommendation on an IPv6 addressing plan for IoT networks. If you have
experience with IPv6 or the Internet of Things, please have a look at
