General Meeting October 2026: Draft Agenda Published

We have published the draft agenda for the upcoming RIPE NCC General Meeting.

The General Meeting (GM) will be held online and in person from 28-30 October 2026 in Sofia, Bulgaria alongside RIPE 93.

Draft Agenda

At this GM, there will be:

• A discussion on the RIPE NCC Draft Activity Plan and Budget 2027
• An Arbiter Panel election to fill six seats
• A vote on whether to distribute the RIPE NCC 2026 surplus/deficit in 2027
• A vote on proposed amendments to the Articles of Association to change the RIPE NCC Board structure

Agenda Proposals

Members can propose agenda topics and resolutions until the agenda is made final on 14 October. Proposals will need the support of 395 members to be considered by the Board.

RIPE NCC members can submit and support topics and resolutions using the Member Proposal Form.

Register for the GM

Register quickly and easily in the LIR Portal.

If you do not register by 14:00 (UTC+2) on 28 October, you will not be able to attend and vote at the General Meeting.
