Local Internet
Registry Training Course
The "Local Internet Registry (LIR) Training Course"
is a one-day introduction to policies and procedures related to:
- Requesting and distributing Internet resources (such as: IP addresses,
AS numbers, reverse DNS delegations and more) from the RIPE NCC and,
- Operating an LIR.
The objective of the LIR Training Course is to train the membership to
request Internet resources and to use the
RIPE Database. The training material is updated
monthly to make sure that LIRs are aware of any recent policy changes
decided by the RIPE community.
