The mntner object protects other objects in the RIPE Database. It contains the information needed to authorise creation, deletion or modification of any objects that it protects. With webupdates, you can directly create, modify or delete database objects using automated processing. After you submit an object update, the screen will return a complete report of the requested operation. It also includes online help about the RIPE Database and more.
Please note that this module refers to CRYPT-PW as a method of authentication. However, this method has been deprecated and you can no longer use it.
