The RIPE Database

The RIPE Database contains information about IPv4 and IPv6 allocations and AS Number assignments and information relating to them. These modules explains how to create and maintain objects in the Database and how to secure MNTNER objects.

Module 1: Creating and protecting objects

These modules explain the three different ways you can create and modify the person object and the mntner object in the RIPE Database and how to protect the person object using the mntner.

Module 2: Using PGP keys and X.509 certificates in mntner objects

These modules offer an overview of how PGP keys and X.509 certificates work and how you can use them to protect objects in the RIPE Database
