DNS for LIRs Training
Course
The DNS for LIRs Training Course is a one-day course on the DNS related
services of the RIPE NCC.
The Course Provides:
- information about reverse DNS procedures and checks
- an introduction to DNSSEC and related tools
- information about DNSSEC and the specific procedures set up by the
RIPE NCC to secure the in-addr.arpa zone
The course also provides information about DNS Monitoring (DNSMON), as
well as K-root and anycasting.
The course is designed for network and system operators/engineers who
wish to make use of RIPE NCC DNS services or who would like an introduction
to DNSSEC.
This course does not explain how to obtain Internet Resources from the
RIPE NCC. The LIR Training Course
covers this.
