Updated Procedure for Becoming a New RIPE NCC LIR

Effective Tuesday 8 June 2004, the procedure for becoming a new RIPE NCC LIR will be updated.

The modified procedure is meant to improve the time to completion for a new LIR to become a member and improve the customer service and support given to new LIRs.

Correct information supply and an automated web form, along with online help text and real-time syntax checking, will make the process more clear, easier to use and will replace the need for lengthy documents.
