Current Documents of the Routing working group
Current documents are documents which are considered important within the scope
of the Routing WG and are not part of the RIPE document store. There is no
intention to compile a complete list of documents related in some way to
routing. Current documents are also documents dealing with topics which are
currently discussed by the Routing WG. They are meant to give an overview of
open questions and recent consensus found. Therefore, these documents are in no
way final - they show ongoing work. Even though it is tried to keep them as
uptodate as possible the most recent state of discussions is best seen on the
mailing list.
The CIDR FAQ
- Although CIDR is around for some years now it is still a highly important
topic and many people are not yet aware of its implications. Therefore, the
Routing WG decided to put a link to the CIDR FAQ on its web pages.

RPSL Routing Policy Specification Language
- The topic which has been extensively dealt with during previous sessions of
the Routing WG was RPSL developed by the RPS Working at the IETF.
A quite extensive set of
documents and pointers around
RPSL and some tranining materials are available on the web pages of the
RA Project at
ISI, and the corresponding RA project part of
Merit.
