The group approved the minutes from RIPE 53.

• Access to E-Learning (Wilfried Woeber, Vienna University)
  
  Wilfried asked whether access to the E-Learning modules can be combined with the LIR Portal access data.
  
  Rumy Kanis (RIPE NCC): The RIPE NCC is currently looking into this. Since registration enables collection of useful statistics, perhaps we can make registration optional until this investigation is complete.
