ACOnet (www.ACO.net) is the Austrian National Research and Education Network, physically established in 1990, operated since 1992 by the University of Vienna, in cooperation with other participants. ACOnet offers its members high-performance access via GÉANT to international academic networks, as well as to the Internet, supplemented by a rich set of community services.
