RIPE 31 took place at the University of Edinburgh from 23-25 September 1998. 270 people attended.

The meeting took place from Wednesday - Friday, however several other sessions took place in the days leading up to RIPE 31.

  • An EOF Tutorial on Monday afternoon and Tuesday morning
  • An RPSL course on Tuesday afternoon
  • A Newcomers orientation talk on Tuesday afternoon
