RIPE NCC Services Centre

The RIPE NCC Services Centre will be open during RIPE 54 on:

RIPE NCC Members and non-members are welcome.

RIPE NCC staff will be available during these hours to answer your questions on:

• Internet resource requests (IPv4, IPv6, Autonomous System [AS] Numbers)
• The RIPE Database
• Changes to registry file information
• Invoices and billing
• RIPE NCC Training Courses and the E-Learning Centre
• Routing Information Services (RIS)
• Reverse DNS, DNSSEC, DNSMON, K-root, the Test Traffic
  Measurements (TTM) service
• How to become a Local Internet Registry (LIR)
• General questions about the RIPE NCC and its services

There will always be someone from our Billing and Registration Services departments present. If there are questions that they cannot answer, people from other departments are on call to help.

Although you can drop by at any time, you can also book appointments in advance using an online booking form available during RIPE 54.

Prize Draw

If you fill out the evaluation form (anonymously) after visiting the RIPE NCC Services Centre, you will be given a number and entered into a prize draw. The winning number will be announced at the Closing Plenary on Friday.
