Newcomers Introduction Talk

If this is your first RIPE Meeting, we recommend coming along to the Newcomers Introduction to RIPE and the RIPE NCC.

This takes place in St Johns II on Monday morning between 11:30 and 12:30. During this informal session, the Chair of RIPE, Rob Blokzijl and the Managing Director of the RIPE NCC, Axel Pawlik will present an overview of RIPE and the RIPE NCC, and explain how the RIPE Meetings are structured. It is also a good time to ask any questions that you may have.

We also provide a 'Meet and Greet' service on Monday and Tuesday. Two members of staff from the RIPE NCC are on hand to help you find your way around. Short (10 minute) briefings for newcomers will take place at 10.30 and 12.30 in St Johns II. There will be a special dedicated social event on Wednesday evening.

There is a welcome social event on Monday evening starting at 18:30 in the Amsterdam Room at the Krasnapolsky Hotel. There is more information about this in your meeting pack.
