RIPE 52 RIPE NCC Service Centre
At previous RIPE Meetings, RIPE NCC members could talk to RIPE
NCC staff at the Hostmaster Consultation Centre or Member Service
Centre. During RIPE 52, the service has been expanded so that both
members and non members can meet face-to-face
with representatives from various departments.
Who will be in the RIPE NCC Service Centre?

The RIPE NCC Service Centre will be open as follows:

RIPE NCC staff will be available during these hours to answer your
questions on subjects including:
- Internet resource requests (IPv4, IPv6, Autonomous System Numbers)
- The RIPE Whois Database
- Changes to registry file information
- Invoice and billing queries
- RIPE NCC Training Courses and the RIPE NCC E-Learning Centre
- Routing Information Services (RIS), and BGPlay
- Reverse DNS setup, DNSSEC, DNSMon, K-root, the Test Traffic
Measurements (TTM) service, and e-mail services
- How to become a Local Internet Registry (LIR)
- General questions about the RIPE NCC and its services
We have also set up several sessions to answer more specific questions.

Anyone making use of the RIPE NCC Service Centre will be entered
into a prize draw at the Closing Plenary on Friday.
