RIPE Meetings provide an opportunity for the RIPE community
to come together face-to-face and exchange information.
Newcomers Introduction Talk
For those who are new to a RIPE Meeting, there will be a Newcomers’
Introduction Talk. The Chair of RIPE and a RIPE NCC staff
member will present an overview of RIPE and the RIPE NCC, and explain
how the RIPE Meetings are structured.

“Meet & Greet” Desk
The RIPE NCC “Meet & Greet”
program is there to help new attendees to have a successful and
productive RIPE Meeting and gives you a point of contact to the
RIPE NCC.
Representatives from the RIPE NCC will be there to answer any questions
you may have.
On-site Meeting Information
The RIPE On-Site Information Exchange (ROSIE), is an on-site
meeting website. You can access it when you are connected
to the RIPE Meeting network at the meeting venue. ROSIE provides important information
to RIPE Meeting attendees including:

RIPE Documents and RFCs (Requests for Comments)

Important Information for New Local Internet Registries (LIRs)
To help bring new LIRs together with
existing RIPE NCC members and the RIPE community, the RIPE NCC will
give each new LIR two free tickets to attend the RIPE Meetings.
