IPv6 Events Co-located with RIPE 49
The UK IPv6 Task Force in conjunction with the European IST IPv6 Cluster is presenting a programme of IPv6 events from 23 - 24 September 2004 at the Renaissance Hotel, Manchester, the United Kingdom. These events will be co-located with the RIPE 49 Meeting (20 - 24 September 2004).
The UK IPv6 Deployment Conference will be held on Friday, 24 September from 09:00 – 16:30. The European IST IPv6 Cluster Meeting will be held on Thursday, 23 September from 14:00 – 18:00.
UK IPv6 DEPLOYMENT CONFERENCE
The UK IPv6 Deployment Conference, sponsored by BT and Cisco, is targeted at those interested in the current state of play in IPv6 deployment. It aims to present an overview of the state-of-the-art in the latest IPv6 deployment technology, including:
- Advanced testbeds, including the US Moonv6 project
- Early IPv6 production deployments, in backbones and enterprises
- IPv4-IPv6 transition and integration technologies
- IPv6 opportunities: new technologies, delivery media and applications
Registration for this event costs £ 95 (plus VAT).
RIPE 49 attendees may attend this event for free.

EUROPEAN IST IPv6 CLUSTER MEETING
A free European IST IPv6 Cluster meeting has been scheduled for the afternoon before the UK IPv6 Deployment Conference. This will be held from 14:00 - 18:00 on 23 September.
