Hostmaster Consultation Centre

The Hostmaster Consultation Centre is a service offered by the RIPE NCC during RIPE Meetings. It allows you to do business directly with the RIPE NCC Hostmasters

The RIPE NCC Hostmaster Consultation Centre is located between the Registration Desk and the Main Meeting Room. Please note that this service is not limited to members only. Anyone with a question on resources is welcome to visit. Questions about how to become a RIPE NCC Member can be answered here, too.

How can the Hostmasters help you?

We can provide answers to a range of questions, such as:

• What are the steps for becoming a Local Internet Registry (LIR)?
• What is the Early Registration Transfer (ERX) Project? Which IP ranges are affected?
• How does the LIR Portal improve interaction with the RIPE NCC Hostmasters? Can you help me set up an account?
• What are the purposes of RIPE NCC Training Courses?
• How can I register for a RIPE NCC Training Course?
• Can you tell me more about the RIPE community policies and RIPE NCC procedures?
