Payment Procedure

During the RIPE Meeting, the fees are as follows:

Refunds of meeting and dinner fees already paid (less EUR 25.00 administrative costs) will be made only if written (e-mail) cancellation notice has been received by no later than 5 working days before the first day of the meeting.No refunds can be given after this time as costs will have been incurred that cannot otherwise be recovered.

No-shows who do not send a written (e-mail) cancellation notice at least 5 working days prior to the first day of the meeting will be sent invoices for the events for which they registered (meetings and/or dinner).
