RIPE 46 Meeting Registration

The pre-registration for the RIPE 46 Meeting opens on 1 July 2003 and closes 29 August 2003 at 16h. The on-site registration opens on Monday 1 September 2003.

RIPE Meeting fees (meeting and dinner) should be made payable in advance of the RIPE Meeting, preferably by credit card.
If you are unable to pay in advance, and have to pay at the registration desk during the RIPE Meeting, the fees are as follows:

Refunds of meeting and dinner fees already paid (less EUR 25.00 administrative costs) will be made only if written (e-mail) cancellation notice has been received by no later than 5 working days before the first day of the meeting. No refunds can be given after this time as costs will have been incurred that cannot otherwise be recovered.
No-shows who do not send a written (e-mail) cancellation notice at least 5 working days prior to the first day of the meeting will be sent invoices for the events for which they registered (meetings and/or dinner).
Faxes sent to the RIPE NCC regarding payments or other meeting issues should include your name and organisation to avoid any confusion.
