RIPE 45 Meeting Registration

Venue: Hotel Fira Palace, Barcelona, Spain

The pre-registration for the RIPE 45 Meeting opened on 10 March 2003 and closed 7 May 2003 at 16h. The on site registration opens on Monday 12 May 2003.

Payment Procedure

During the RIPE Meeting, the registration fees are as follows:

Refunds of meeting and dinner fees already paid (less EUR 25.00 administrative costs) will be made only if written (e-mail) cancellation notice has been received by no later than 5 working days before the first day of the meeting. No refunds can be given after this time as costs will have been incurred that cannot otherwise be recovered.

No-shows who do not send a written (e-mail) cancellation notice at least 5 working days prior to the first day of the meeting will be sent invoices for the events for which they registered (meetings and/or dinner).

Faxes sent to the RIPE NCC regarding payments or other meeting issues should include your name and organisation to avoid any confusion.
