  Joao,
     Thanks for getting the Draft out.   However, I didn't see the
issue with the next-hop rp-attribute addressed.  Given that next-hop
hasn't seen any use (at least in the public IRR's), I suggest that
we add a new ipv6_address predefined type and extend the dictionary
definition of next-hop to include ipv6 addresses.
