[routing-wg]Draft minutes for RIPE 56, and a note on 2008-04

Hi all,

With many thanks to Franz Schwarzinger at the RIPE NCC, the draft 
minutes for our meeting at Berlin are now available at:

Please read through them and let Joao or myself know if there are any 
errors or omissions.
During the meeting, the feeling of the room appeared to be that 2008-04 
should be withdrawn as a policy proposal and converted to an action 
point on the RIPE NCC to report progress, as they are doing the work 
regardless.  Discussion of the implementation is likely to take place on 
the resource certification (rescert) list:

However, if you have comments on this approach (or indeed more 
information), now is a good time to speak up!
I'd like to take this opportunity to remind you that RIPE 57 in Dubai 
runs from Sunday until Thursday, rather than the more traditional Monday 
until Friday.  I believe the plan is that we will return to a slot on 
the afternoon of day 4 (Wednesday), but watch the website for more 
information.
