Hi all,
Attached is a further agenda change for our session on Thursday
afternoon. We've been asked to include a brief item for the NCC to
ask if there is demand to implement a bogon filter detection service,
as described by Randy at the meeting in Tallinn.

The astute among you may realise that my maths isn't great and I can't
add up to 90. I'll never be allowed into the Chief Scientist Union. :)
Cheers,
Rob
