Hi all,

I sent the attached message out a couple of weeks ago.

The only comment was from the minute-taker who noted he'd jumped
straight from (1) to (3).

Unless I hear any different by the end of the day, I'll ask for the
section numbers to be changed and these to be taken as the final minutes.
