[routing-wg]DRAFT agenda for Routing WG Meeting at RIPE-53

Hi folks,

Appended is the first draft of the agenda for the routing wg session at
the upcoming RIPE meeting.  There is still time available, so if you
have anything to volunteer, now is as good a time as any.

There's nothing about authorisation of route: object creation and
modification as nobody has volunteered for that as yet.
