It does not seem people are getting at the core of the problem. Prefix filtering the IANA reserved space was a reactionary consequence - not something ISPs did on a whim. All I'm seeing is people being upset over the consequence of the reactionary consequence of IANA Reserved with out getting to the crux of the problem.
