It's not a default announcement to everyone :-))

if you check out that we do a direct peering with route-views.oregon-ix.net

route-views.oregon-ix.net>sh ip bgp sum | incl 5409

and we originating them default, since internally, AS5409 is not a Tier-1
and therefore we have a default route in our network. AS6667 is the back-
bone AS. If you care, i can filter the announcement to route-views.
