PI routing

Hi,

We are an ISP in Turkey and one of our customer wants Provider Independent
IP Classes. As far as I know, I can get new Classes from RIPE (not within
the classes I have allocated) .

But I do not know about the routing part. Do I have to assign our customer
an AS number and announce their independent classes by that AS #? Or will it
be routed to our AS number? I hope that makes my question clear.
