I can send you RIB snapshot we collect for RIS project.
Peers of RIS project are listed on this page 
http://www.ripe.net/ris/peers.html. RIB Snapshot is using
MRT (www.mrtd.net) in binary format.

BTW: Snapshots collectedi from route-views  by Hans-Werner Braun 
is available at http://moat.nlanr.net/Routing/rawdata/ 
file names are like  ASmap.980130.886156801.gz .
