RIPE NCC PGP license distribution

Dear all,

as you may be aware from past presentations at RIPE meetings and discussions
in the lists, the RIPE Database now supports PGP authentication as a stronger
way of protecting your database objects.

This use of PGP with the RIPE Database is seen by PGP Inc as a commercial use
of their software that therefore requires a commercial license.

To enable users to take advantage of the new feature, the RIPE NCC will
distribute PGP licenses to Database users according to the policy and
procedures described in a new RIPE Document: RIPE 190, available now at
the RIPE NCC's website.
