Pierre,

it appears that this block of address space is part of a larger block
which has been assigned to SUNET by the InterNIC or their predecessors. 
The RIPE NCC is not involved in the allocation and assignment of these
addresses.

The appropriate people to contact for operational questions about
operational aspects are Lars-Johan Liman, Bjorn Carlsson and Anders
Nordahl as can be found from the inetnum and aut-num objects in the 
RIPE database.  I have copied them.
