RPSL usage

Early features or RPSL were coded into the ripe based server running
only on radb. The following ASes (about 40) has already making use of
these features (thru visual inspection):

AS6377 AS4540 AS3741 AS3838 AS6447 AS1798 AS4600 AS7594 AS3582 AS4222
AS10876 AS3727 AS4854 AS11092 AS11045 AS5637 AS5409 AS2905 AS3856
AS4648 AS2914 AS9309 AS3840 AS4740 AS4433 AS3701 AS7474 AS3967 AS2764

RPSL is a superset of RIPE 181. Hence, to use these advanced features,
they must have real incentives! My guess is that these ASes are
actually using IRR to configure their routers.
